    The gym is open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Members have free access to the showers and lockers.

  • Sauna Social is a weekly gathering where our members enjoy the sauna in an intimate, phone-free environment. A space to release tension, detox body and mind, and connect with other women in calm and community — included in your membership.

    Members can reserve a private sauna session for a special rate of $250 for 45 minutes, which includes towels and a shower. You can invite someone at no additional cost.
