As part of your membership, enjoy a complimentary monthly massage designed to support women’s holistic health—nurturing the nervous system, easing muscular tension, and restoring balance. Our boutique gym includes a variety of free weights, kettlebells, a treadmill, an erg, spinning bikes, and more. You can enjoy a free introductory class with a trainer to learn about the equipment.

The gym is open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Members have free access to the showers and lockers.

Members can use the sauna for a special rate of $250 for 45 minutes, which includes towels and a shower. You can invite someone at no additional cost.
