For women 18+

  • Choose your favorite class or try them all! Yoga, Pilates, functional training, and more, taught by professional instructors. Two morning classes Monday through Saturday and two afternoon classes Monday through Thursday. Receive the class schedule each week through our exclusive WhatsApp group for members.   • Our boutique gym includes a variety of free weights, kettlebells, a treadmill, an erg, spinning bikes, and more. You can enjoy a free introductory class with a trainer to learn about the equipment.

    The gym is open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Members have free access to the showers and lockers.

  • Members can use the sauna for a special rate of $250 for 45 minutes, which includes towels and a shower. You can invite someone at no additional cost.
